Returns and Exchanges Policy

• Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

 • Pet intimate products (such as brushes, used feeders, or worn clothes) can only be exchanged in case of a proven manufacturing defect.

 • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective items.
